Who we are
Studio Veld is a design studio based in Adelaide, South Australia. We're committed to handling your personal information with care and in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

What we collect and why
We only collect information we actually need.
When you contact us via our website or email, we collect your name, email address, and any details you share with us. We use this to respond to your enquiry and, if we start working together, to manage our relationship.
When you visit our website, standard log data is collected automatically by our server (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of visit). We use this to understand how our site is performing. This data is not linked to individuals.
We use Google Analytics for website analytics and Mailchimp and Hubspot for email communications. Both are covered by their own privacy policies.
We do not collect information from children under 13.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- respond to your enquiries
- deliver agreed work and services
- send you communications you've opted in to receive
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We only share your information where necessary: with our team, with service providers who help us operate (such as Google and Mailchimp), or where required by law.
If Studio Veld were ever sold or transferred, personal information held would transfer to the new owner under the terms of this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as it's needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. When it's no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to stop sending you marketing communications at any time. Just email lauren@studioveld.com.au.

Our website uses cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work as intended.
