Brief

There have been many briefs over the life of this valued partnership. Over the past years we have been asked by Helpmann to refresh their brand and logo, build a website, brand and setup a membership platform, design annual reports, catalogues, EDM templates, digital assets and add an appointment management integration to the website. They’ve also asked us to run workshops for their creative innovators and graduate artists on some of the business and marketing aspects of being a self-employed artist.

Approach

First up, our approach was ‘who’ not ‘what’. We understand that when our client is a not-for-profit working in the arts sector, they have a small high-performance team with no spare time in the day. This frames for us that our solutions must be affordable, repeatable and easy to deliver. For the Helpmann team, much of what they deliver is through the website. We designed and built a robust website with enhanced user-choice accessibility functions to cater for everyone, whether they are accessing resources or browsing and booking events.
